Your partner prepares the proposal. Licensing is per UC technology component you connect, starting with FRINK Engine and Analytics as the base.
- Deploy with training and support
Your partner deploys and supports FRINK, trained by our engineers, with direct engineering support from Austria behind them.

Can we contract with FRINK directly?
FRINK is delivered through local partners, trained by our engineering team in Austria. If you don't work with one yet, request a demo and we bring in the partner for your region.
How is FRINK licensed?
Per UC technology component you connect, with FRINK Engine and Analytics as the base. Your partner prepares the proposal for your components and modules after the demo.
Does the proof of concept need internet access?
No. FRINK runs as a virtual appliance inside your network, fully offline, with service accounts on the Cisco UC components, read-only where possible. Upgrades are signed packages delivered via virtual CD.
Which modules can we add later?
Health Check, Live Data, CUBE Management and Video Room Management run on the same appliance and can be added whenever you need them. Nothing has to be reinstalled.
