Customer case 13The change that took one click to undo

A snapshot taken before a dial-peer update let the team roll the CUBE back in minutes.

  1. 1

    Situation

A planned dial-peer change, deployed to a CUBE with a template, was meant to add a new carrier trunk. After the change, outbound calls from one site failed.

  2. 2

    What the data showed

The snapshot CUBE Management takes before every template deployment showed the exact difference: a destination pattern had been narrowed while the new one was added.

  3. 3

    Resolution

The team rolled back to the snapshot in minutes – dry run, then apply – calls resumed, and the corrected change was re-applied through the validated form, with both changes in the audit trail.
